There are TWO rhyming scripts that can be used to stage this simple show. Both scripts are included in your purchase: (1) The playscript is a fun-filled script with plenty of acting / speaking parts. (2) The narrated script presents the same material, but is told entirely through narrators. Along with the two scripts you will receive vocal tracks and backing tracks. And with added extras like PowerPoints and detailed staging advice, you have everything you need for a straightforward, time-saving festive performance.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Both scripts are written from the point of view of UK based schoolchildren, looking at Christmas traditions around the rest of the world. We’ve also seen the scripts work well for schools located in the USA, Canada and Ireland with very few alterations necessary for those nations. However, if you are located anywhere else in the world, then the only way the scripts will truly work for you, is if you make substantial changes to them, so that the performance still makes sense for your location.

2. The fifth song from this publication is ‘Christmas in Russia’, which was created long before the current Russian invasion of Ukraine. This song hasn’t been included in the song sample list on this webpage, but it is for now still included in the full publication and will therefore be included in your purchase. You are free to use it in your performance if you wish. However, we are currently asking customers to consider missing this song out, along with the surrounding section of script.
