ABOUT THIS MULTI-PURPOSE PRODUCT: Recommended for ages 5-9*, ‘KEEPING MR INN IN THE INN’ is a 20 minute fun nativity performance. It contains 9 Christmas songs (all sung by age appropriate children) along with all the backing music tracks – NO NEED FOR A PIANIST. The songs are linked together by a funny script to thoroughly entertain your audience! The CD also includes a CD ROM section, easily accessible from any computer, which contains everything you need to help you stage a great performance... script, ideas, PowerPoints, songsheets, sheet music, OHP masters and more - everything you need all on one amazing CD! IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:

1) *AGE RANGE: This musical was originally written for KS1 children (ages 5-7). This fact is reflected on the CD cover. However, since it was first published in 2003, this musical has been performed with great success by children (and adults) of all ages. We therefore now advertise this as being suitable for ages 5-9, though it can definitely also be performed with older children / adults if required.

2) SCRIPT: The script consists of all the songs linked by narrators’ parts. It is not a "play script" in that it doesn't have separate speaking parts for the different characters. However it is possible to easily add your own additional speaking parts if required.

EDITABLE SCRIPT: Please note that currently, an editable version of this script is contained within the download version of this product but NOT as part of the CD version. However, CD customers can have an editable version of the script emailed to them upon request.

PARTS: As few as 10-20 parts or as many as 90+. If you're performing with a large number of children, the parts can be split up in the following way: Several passages in the script are marked for the narrator/s, which can be split up if required so that approx. 30 children have speaking parts. Two main parts as the two innkeepers - both with optional solos. Up to 20-30 non speaking walk on parts as shepherds / wise men etc. Also some of the songs can be split up to allow other children to sing solos if required.

RUNNING TIME: The estimated running time is about 20 minutes. However this time span can easily be shortened or lengthened significantly. Suggestions for how to do this are included in the detailed 'Production Notes' which you find contained within the CD / download.

SHORT ON REHEARSAL TIME? Ideally you should allow yourself 3-4 weeks for rehearsals, but if you're short on time, don't worry, we know from experience that it's possible to rehearse this Nativity play in just a few days.  What's the secret? During the show, read from the script so that no one has any lines to learn. As for the songs, simply divide them up! Don't get ALL the children to learn ALL the songs, instead share them between children, classes or year groups, so that no one has more than 2 or 3 songs to remember. If you follow this advice, you may even be able to rehearse this show in just a few days!* Save even more time and money by downloading now and starting your preparations straight away!

Just get your order details to us via website / fax / email / phone / post (details here), simply tells us the products you require along with your contact details and we’ll send your goods straight out with a 30 day invoice. No credit checks. Purchase orders are very welcome but not necessary. You are also welcome to provide an order number which will be referenced on your invoice, but again this isn’t necessary from our end.

FOR SPEED: We recommend that schools order via our website using the 'Add to basket' function above. Complete your details and then on the payment page, just select the 'invoice' method of payment. STANDARD UK DELIVERY (£1.99): All CD orders are usually dispatched via standard first class royal mail within 24 hours of the order being received. Therefore under normal circumstances most customers receive their orders within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. However at peak times of the year (October-November) please allow a little bit longer for your order to arrive.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY - UK ONLY (£7.50): The option for UK customers to have their order delivered via "Next Day Delivery" is available for phone orders only on 0844 357 8473. However during times of heavy demand we reserve the right to withdraw this service without notice. Orders via Next Day Delivery must be placed before 2PM.

OVERSEAS [NON-UK] DELIVERY (£7.99) : OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS ARE ADVISED TO READ ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BUYING FROM US:

1) PAYMENT: We ONLY accept overseas orders from customers who purchase goods using a credit / debit card or via paypal. Our Invoicing system is not available for use by overseas customers.

2) CURRENCY: On the checkout page you can change the currency to display the checkout total in one of six main currencies. Please don’t be put off if your currency isn’t displayed, as in many circumstances it is possible that your transaction can still be processed (paypal method of payment is recommended). Our credit card processing provider will automatically convert your currency into British Pounds Sterling upon placing your order.

3) DELIVERY CHARGE: If you have ordered physical goods for delivery, £7.99 will be added to your order for delivery costs. Downloadable products / licences have no delivery charge.

4) DELIVERY TIMES: Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hours (except at weekends / public holidays) and will usually take 5 days at the most to reach you. • If you intend to use this product as a singing lesson / assembly CD then NO LICENCE IS REQUIRED. However if you intend to stage ANY type of performance using 4 or more songs from this product, then a licence IS needed. This is a legal requirement.
• The particular performance licence that is required can ONLY be obtained from us here at Learn2soar. General licences issued by the PRS and similar bodies DO NOT APPLY.
