INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND STORE
Here at Learn2soar Limited, we only process personal data for the core business purposes of order processing and copyright licensing. Therefore, we only collect and store the following personal information:

We collect this information so we can fulfil our legitimate interests as a business to ensure that our employees are trained to the highest level so that our customers receive the very best service.
Phone Calls: The basic details of every inbound call are temporarily stored in a text-only format: name and personal details of the caller and nature of the call. Card details are not stored in this way. In addition, we may record some in-bound and out-bound telephone calls to ensure quality of service and for training purposes. We collect these recordings so we can fulfil our legitimate interests as a business to ensure that our telephone operators are trained to the highest level so that our customers receive the very best service. Call recordings are automatically deleted after 12 months.
Social Media: When you engage with us on social media (by mentioning or tagging us in a post or contacting us directly), we will collect and store your user name and your message content, along with any replies we provide, for a reasonable amount of time. We do this to ensure quality of service and for training purposes. We collect this information so we can fulfil our legitimate interests as a business to ensure that our employees are trained to the highest level so that our customers receive the very best service.
Blog: The blog section on our website uses various third-party apps for website functionality only. I.e. security, social media links, website optimisation. Neither our blog pages or any of these apps collect personal data in any way. Any data collected only reflects how each user navigates through the blog pages and is completely anonymous.
Website Access: Apart from Learn2soar Limited employees, the only other entity who has direct access to personal data stored on our server is our website design and server storage team: RackRocket Ltd, who are fully GDPR compliant. RackRocket are only authorised to access our customer's personal data on a case-by-case basis and only when technical problems have arisen.
We do not make automated decisions or profile you, using your personal information.
CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
If you are purchasing from our website using your credit/debit card, then we will temporarily take your card information in an electronic format. These details are passed via a secure data stream directly to our card merchants (PayPal), then onto their '3D Card Secure' partners (Cardinal Commerce) and then onto your bank. Learn2soar Limited does NOT see or store your credit/debit card information, in any way, shape or form. PayPal and Cardinal Commerce are fully GDPR compliant.
