Phone Calls: Our trusted service partners and ourselves record the number and timings of each call. The audio from some calls is also recorded for training and monitoring purposes only. Blog: The blog section on our website uses various third-party apps for website functionality only. I.e. security, social media links, website optimisation. Neither our blog pages or any of these apps collect personal data in any way. Any data collected only reflects how each user navigates through the blog pages and is completely anonymous.
